How do I Log My Lease and receive the CASH REWARD?
- Search for an apartment property.
- Lease an apartment
- Print and hand in ApartmentHuntersOnline.com's Property Guest Card to the property manager/agent.
- At the referred-by section on the Property's Guest Card, Property's Rental Application and Lease Contract:
- Properties in Austin, TX - write 'APARTMENT SEARCH'
- Properties NOT in Austin, TX - write 'APARTMENT HUNTERS'
- Go to www.ApartmentHuntersOnline.com and search for the property where you leased an apartment, then click Log Your Lease and complete the form.
What are the rules?
You must register with ApartmentHuntersOnline.com
The property must be listed in ApartmentHuntersOnline.com.
At the referral section of the property's rental application, lease contract and property's guest card, you must write 'APARTMENT HUNTERS' for properties NOT in Austin, TX. Write 'APARTMENT SEARCH' for properties in Austin, TX.
Print the property's guest card from ApartmentHuntersOnline.com and hand it to the property manager/agent.
You need to sign a lease and be a tenant of the property for at least 90 days.
Log your lease within 30 days of your move-in date.
You cannot be a previous tenant, an employee, an ex-employee of the property or related property.
Only one person can log the lease and the person's name logging the lease must be listed on the lease. One person, one apartment unit, one logged lease, one reward.
Definition: 'Related property' is a property owned and managed by the same company as the property where you leased you apartment.
What is the CASH REWARD structure?
$200 for Preferred Properties with 6 month lease or longer.
$150 for Non-Preferred Properties with 6 month lease or longer.
$50 for all properties with 1 to 5 month lease.
How long does it take to receive my CASH REWARD?
It takes about 14-28 days of move-in.
It is very important that you clearly specify that you found this apartment with ApartmentHuntersOnline.com by following all the steps above to minimize confusion and delay in receiving your CASH REWARD. A successful verification process will result in you receiving your CASH REWARD.
What are the rules for the FREE UHAUL?
Follow all the above rules.
Verification of Lease with Property is required. Upon confirmation, the dollar value for the qualified Free Uhaul will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days.
Free UHaul is valid for a 10 or 14 footer for 24 hours.
